1. Who do you plan to interview?
Why?
I will be interviewing Silvia Davila. She is not a make-up artist but she does have a cosmetology license. Therefore she briefly knows about the subject. Her insight or point of view will indeed benefit me for my senior project.
2. You have to ask 5 questions. What additional
questions do you plan to ask? Ask
open-ended questions.
- I'm interested in studying make-up artistry. What can you tell me about it?
- From your perspective, what could I study that would be significant?
- Who else would you recommend I talk to?
- What kinds of places or activities do you recommend I do for the mentorship component?
- What books should I read in this field?
Additional Questions
- Meanwhile working for your cosmetology license what are things you struggled with?
- What are some character traits that are necessary for working with your clients? Why?
- What initially interested you in cosmetology?
- How in depth did your cosmetology class go in regarding makeup?
- Have you worked on anyone before a big event such as prom, wedding, ect.?
